“Pumpkin” is a 13 yr old AQHA(appendix)14.3 finished barrel/pole horse who is a solid 3D/4D mare against tough Montana competition. She is push style, just point and kick type and she’ll turn. Pumpkin has been used as a high school rodeo barrel and pole horse most of her life and I have spent the past year using her as an open horse. This mare is the consistency QUEEN. Same run everytime indoor, outdoor, good ground, bad ground, big or little pens! She loves her job and is always ready to work. No alley/gate issues, does all the things a good broke horse should do. Rides out alone or with others, previous owners used her around the ranch I was told, I’ve used her to push cows and she did great. Have had her up in the mountains and she likes it but I would not say it’s her calling. She is a been there done that type. Youth suitable for an intermediate youth and up. I only have good things to say about this mare, only for sale due to wanting to move up. Good to load, haul, stands for vet, farrier, etc. I have tons of videos from previous owners as well of her on barrels and poles with them. Vet checks welcome at buyers expense and shipping can be arranged.
