Finished barrel horse/head horse/ started bk

Description: The time has come to find my “good horse” his new jockey. Pecos is an absolute gem for starters, and anyone who has ever spent more than 5 minutes with him would agree. 2009 model, 12yo. He is friendly, affectionate and loves to be the main man. Easy keeper,Teeth were done in March. UTD on vaccines shoeing, worming, and maintenance. He has been my main mount and go to horse  for  over 8 years. He has ran barrels, poles, gaming events and is a blast to run. Breakaway roped (needs finishing on barrier), is a really nice head horse, Great in the box scores like a rock. Great to gather and sort cattle on. Warms up cool calm and collected at a race, rides great at home as well.  Great for slow work and will work the pattern with no fuss but doesn’t need tuning on a regular basis. Pecos has Won 3 saddles, countless buckles, and lots of money and awards  in the barrel racing. Clocks 1-3D depending on rider and number of entries. Stands up on ground and is excellent with his feet and will keep you safe. No buck , rear, bolt, or funny stuff. Will walk in flat footed, or run in, or circle 45 times if you ask him. He runs left or right, and is fairly equal both ways, indoor and out. His Fastest time on a standard is 17.6, definitely room for improvement as I am not a perfect jockey. I have had a girlfriend lease him for 6+ months and she clocked only 1-2d on him and ran a 22.0 her first time through the poles. A kiddo jump rode him this summer for 6-8 weeks and was in the 1d youth average at brand finals on him. He is very honest and will go where you put him. Free to the first and push style the rest of the way. He is light in the bridle and very very broke. He’s fast, and very quick in the turns, but youth suitable to an experienced kid. Have multiple references attesting to that. Pecos has shown English and western at a schooling show and won the whole green horse for the weekend, after he had already been running barrels for  a few years. He has a great mind and is as solid as they come. He does not run on lasix . He has always been incredibly solid, never been sick or had any injuries requiring him to have time off/surgery etc. He is a dream to load, haul, work, shoe. Has not been clipped. Rides great inside or outside. Awesome trail horse will go through brush, over logs, in water. Very sure footed. I am only selling for a down payment on a house. To a great home only, Vet check at buyers expense.  3️⃣5️⃣, 🍑 🍑 🍑
